Julie Goulah is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists. She has been treating clients in the Durham region for more than 17 years since graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2000. Always involved in sports and fitness and having a keen interest in nutrition she was naturally motivated to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Her love of fitness became a journey turning challenges into personal victory when she went on to compete Nationally in 2016 at the Canadian Figure, Fitness and Physique Championships. Her athletic background has reinforced her fondness for treating Sports and Repetitive Stress Injuries with a focus on prevention and remedial exercise. She finds inspiration in her clients when they see the results of self-care and stress management and it continues to ignite her passion in helping others maintain their health despite their stressors and challenges. Her goal is to keep you moving and able to do the things you love and enjoy!
Julie is fortunate to do what she loves and enjoys learning new modalities the latest being Facial Cupping. In addition to Cupping she has furthered her education in Massage During Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral, Reiki, Reflexology and NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment).
